Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Prabhudarshan collects, why, and how we protect it. We collect the minimum needed to run the Service.

What we collect

• Account info — your phone number or email, used to sign you in.
• Usage data — which aartis you watch, which temples you favourite. Used to personalise your home screen.
• Payment data — Razorpay handles your card / UPI details directly. We only store the subscription status.
• Push tokens — only if you opt in to aarti reminders.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to advertisers.
• We don't use third-party trackers for behavioural advertising.
• We don't read or share the messages or images you submit to a temple's seva request.

Where data is stored

Data is stored in India on managed Postgres infrastructure. Backups are encrypted at rest. Cloudflare Stream and R2 host your video content.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, all from the in-app account page or by emailing privacy@prabhudarshan.live.

Changes

We will notify you in-app at least 14 days before any material change to this policy.
