Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Prabhudarshan.live and the Prabhudarshan mobile app (together, the "Service"), operated by Prabhudarshan Technologies Pvt. Ltd. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using it, you confirm you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Your account

We authenticate you using a one-time password sent to your phone or email. You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for any activity that happens under your account.

3. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features (such as the screensaver mode and ad-free aarti) are available through a paid subscription billed via Razorpay. You may cancel anytime from your account page; your benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

4. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Service to harass, defame, or harm others.
• Don't attempt to break, scrape, or reverse-engineer it.
• Live aarti broadcasts are for personal devotional use; don't rebroadcast them commercially without permission.

5. Content from temples

Live streams, photos, and aarti lyrics are provided by partner temples. We make reasonable efforts to verify them but cannot guarantee accuracy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the app.
