Refund Policy

Prabhudarshan subscriptions are billed monthly via Razorpay. We want you to feel good about your subscription — here's how refunds work.

Subscriptions

If you are within the first 7 days of your first billing cycle and haven't used premium features (screensaver, ad-free aarti), email refunds@prabhudarshan.live and we will refund the charge in full.

Outside the 7-day window, we don't pro-rate refunds, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your premium benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Donations and seva pool contributions

Donations made to the Global Seva Pool or to specific temples are non-refundable, since funds may have already been disbursed. If you believe a donation was made in error, contact us within 48 hours and we'll investigate on a case-by-case basis.

Pooja bookings

Pooja bookings (when available) are subject to the cancellation policy shown on the booking screen. Generally: full refund up to 24 hours before the muhurat, no refund after.

How to request a refund

• Email refunds@prabhudarshan.live from the address on your account.
• Include the order ID or transaction reference.
• We respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds settle to the original payment method in 5–7 business days.
